Your monthly development time does not roll over. This is because we can not predict how busy each month will be
Included in our Titanium and Platinum plans are monthly strategy calls. These are usually done over live video and usually involve screen sharing. Can be one one on one or with your entire team on the call.
A small task is anything that takes 30 minutes or less to complete. We are experts so 30 minutes for us is likely a couple hours for you.
After your monthly alloted development time is used, you will be billed at our currently hourly development rate.
Software, themes and plugins are batch updated daily, with a snapshot taken before and after to ensure everything stays working.
